To minimize any inconvenience for our guests, the renovation of the hotel is being executed in two phases. The first phase, which is currently completed, includes the replacement of the hotel?s facade, the build of the congress centre and the refurbishment of the reception and lobby area. The second phase, that has already started, consists of the expansion of the restaurant and bar area, the creation of a wellness area and the addition of a light effect to the hotel?s exterior.

The new individual reception counters offer a high level of personal service. Comfortable lounges allow guests to meet-and-greet or just sit down and relax. There is also an IMac corner outfitted with four computers stations and a temporary restaurant. This restaurant is opened daily from 6 AM to 12 PM and offers dining possibilities from every cuisine and for every taste.

I've stayed at the Novotel Amsterdam City hotel during a business trip. Nice room, good service, tasty meals;) Whenever I plan a visit to Amsterdam again, I will definitely book a room at the Novotel. Also the hotel's location (near the airport) was perfect.

The three stars of the hotel correspond its service. It's good, all in all. Our rooms were spacious enough. And we liked that there were kettle and tea, and coffee in each room. All we asked by phone in advance, had been waiting for us in the room already, when we checked in. Thanks to the staff, they are cute and courtesy! Advised us on everything in the city. And the location is good, quite the center.

It's no doubt correlates to the level "price-quality", breakfast is amazing, rooms are lean and spacious, free Internet access. It's at a distance from the center, but a few steps from tram and underground stations. Maybe, staff seems sometimes to be not so polite, as it's expected in the hotel-service, but they'll fulfill everything you ask.

My family and I had a good time at Schiller Hotel-the staff was friendly and pleasant, the room was very quiet and comfortable, very spacious. The bed was soft and I even didn’t want to get up) The food at the Schiller cafe was delicious. The location was very good, just in front of the hotel there was a tram stop. We would like to go to Amsterdam and stay at this hotel once more!

It’s true that the hotel is located not exactly in the center of the city-but it’s wonderful-far away from noise and crowd! Tram stop is just near the hotel so you can get to the city center in 5-10 minutes. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable bed, friendly staff. There was a great selection for breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel only once (not because it’s too expensive, but cause there’re lots of little cafes and restaurants with tasty food not far from the hotel). Really enjoy our stay and would certainly come back!

I always stay in Accor hotels, because I prefer this hotel chain and for me it is the best. That\'s why when I was going to Amsterdam I didn\'t choose the hotel for a long time, and booked Novotel Amsterdam Hotel. I was satisfied with the accommodation there, room was light and spacious. Location of the hotel was central that was no problem to discover the city landmarks. Especially I enjoyed spending time in a wonderful pub in the hotel after an exciting days in Amsterdam.
