It's quite good. The staff is polite and helpful. The interior is nice, not a luxury one, but the hotel's category explains it. the room was clean and light, bed is comfort too.
The hotel is only not the center, but you can rent a bike and it takes about 10 minutes to reach it.

The hotel is really clean and stylish. We liked it much. Especially our room. It's more than 3 star category. We found everything we needed, and the staff was so lovely. Didn't want to leave it.
Besides they have child service! And it was all ok, while we're on a bike-riding. Thank you so much!
The hotel is a while at a distance from the centre, but there is a direct transport link that takes 10 minutes only to reach the center.
We'll be glad to stay there again!

I stayed at Lloyd Hotel in April with my husband. He loved the hotel very much but I didn’t find something special in it – rather pretty. The lobby in the hotel reminded me a hospital, the room was very clean and tidy but without useful items. For example, there wasn’t a mirror in full length and the mirror in the bathroom was too high so I had to use a chair to do my makeup. The breakfast was nice but too expensive. And the cost of the room was too high. In spite of all these rather convenient hotel, pleasant staff and clean and tidy rooms.

I arrived at the Lloyd hotel very late after a long work meeting and was very surprised when the staff was very pleased and welcome with me-they joked and cheered me up. I was very tired and didn’t observe the details of my room but when I woke up in the morning I couldn’t but notice the lightness in the room and it’s big sizes. One more thing that impressed me a lot was an art library in the hotel. Liked the staff very much and would stay here again!

At first I hesitated to book The Lloyd Hotel because it is situated not exactly in the center of Amsterdam. But the location appeared to be very good – only 2 tram stops and you in the center of the city. In the first room we stayed was a moulded bath, rather weird but functional. The room was big, but we changed it because at night guests began to play the piano next door from our room and didn’t behave quiet. Our second room was also very nice and we were satisfied with the Lloyd Hotel.
