Well, it's a usual 3 stars, and the service proves it.
Unfortunately, there is no restaurant at the hotel itself, so you are to walk for a while around to find any.
What is good, is its location - quite the center, so you are lucky to reach any famous attraction within a couple of minutes. The tram station is right near the hotel, and it takes you to any meaningful part of the city.

Superior, perfect, amazing!
Three stars, but the center is right by the hand.
We liked the bedroom, and the pillows were so soft and comfortable!
The service is medium-great, we mean that despite the star category it exceeded our expectations.
The interior is nice. It was a while noisy, 'cause the building right aside to the main street. Just keep it in mind.

For 3 stars the Falcon is nice and cozy. The room was clean and the staff worked well on our wishes. The breakfast was filling enough. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant or cafe in the hotel itself, but it's compensated by the local ones all around.
It's a budget variant, and in the very city center, the next door to all those sightseeing. The transport is in a convenient way.
Recommend it anyway.

It was all so clean and shiny everywhere. The staff helped a lot on everything. We liked the breakfast - a traditional one: ham, cheese, yoghurt, eggs, cereal.
The hotel itself is almost a center of Amsterdam. To get to the nearest Dam Square it will take only 10 minutes.
A good one for the 3 stars.

We stayed at Falcon Plaza Hotel with our friends and our room was bigger!The staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast ended too early (at 10 o'clock). The bar at the hotel was too expensive and we went outside. The location is very good!!
