Well, I stayed with my family at Crowne Plaza in the middle of March. I've also had some business deals there, so it was pleasure to combine successful business transactions with family vacation.
We have chosen Crowne Plaza on the friends advice and regretted absolutely nothing. Perfect location with historic sights, museums, shopping districts being on the doorstep of the hotel. Sometimes I even made foot walks on the meeting arrangements.
The hotel itself embodies old-fashioned outer view with modern stylish interior of the rooms, that are really luxuriant and very homly.
What I mostly liked is well-equipped health club with access to the sauna and the possibility to enjoy the meals in the non-smoking bar.
We are fully recommend it!

I booked this hotel through the Internet and we arrived early in the morning. The receptionist checked us in and gave a wonderful room. It was my birthday and I was presented a bottle of champagne. The location of the hotel is perfect – very close to everything. It is the best hotel in Amsterdam!

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Amsterdam City Center for 5 times as I often go to Amsterdam on business trips. The location of the hotel is great – very close both for the central station and the Dam square. The interior in the hotel is too old-fashioned and the corridors are very narrow, but the rooms stoke me a lot – wonderful pillows, soundproof system, delicious breakfast. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

I’ve booked this hotel through the Internet on my birthday. I with my boyfriend arrived in Schipol airport early in the morning and we needed to be checked in at 10 a.m. When we arrived to the hotel the receptionists were so kind and accommodated us immediately. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable. The only disadvantage-not too big, but all the hotels located in the center of Amsterdam suggest not big rooms. The location impressed me most of all-10 minutes of walking and you are in the heart of everything. We’ve spent a great birthday in a great hotel. Highly appreciate The Crowne Plaza City Center hotel!

I have just returned from a fantastic weekend away for my husbands 50th Birthday. I went with my three daughters aged 22,19,17. The eldest daughter goes to Amsterdam quite a lot and she said that the plaza has been the best hotel by far. We had two queen size room on the first floor with connecting doors. The rooms were clean and the bedding looked brand new. We also had bathrobes and slippers to use for our stay. The hotel also left Complementary chocolate. We made use of the gym, swimming pool and Sauna which we near enough had to ourselves. The hotel supplied all towels for use in the sauna and around the pool. I had trouble with the safe on the first night and security came up straight away and sorted it out. I can not comment on the food in the restaurant because we did not eat in the hotel. We knew the hotel food was quiet expensive so we ate out. The staff were very friendly and polite. I can not fault the rooms or staff in anyway. I would definitely use this hotel again and I would most certainly recommend it.
There is a mild climate in the Netherlands, so in Amsterdam it is never too cold or too hot. You can go to Amsterdam in every time of the year and you'll be amazed by its houses on
